Mr. Tian Hong, joined the Company on 10 August 2020 and now being the Independent Non-executive Director and the member of each of the audit committee, the remuneration committee, the nomination committee and the risk management committee of the Company.

Mr. Tian holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from山西財經大學(Shanxi University of Finance & Economics*) in 2009 and qualified as a senior economist of The Bank of China in 1998. He is also an independent non-executive director of Pine Technology Holdings Limited (Hong Kong listed company, Stock Code: 1079) since 4 July 2017.
